JobBook is operated by K2 Graphics Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using JobBook you agree to these terms of service and contract with K2 Graphics Ltd.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
JobBook is a job management and client booking tool for subcontractors and small service businesses. Features include job tracking, a public client booking page, team accounts, and invoicing, according to your membership plan (Basic, Small Business or Gold).
You must not misuse the service. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property rights, and any interference with the security or operation of the service (including malware, probing, or scraping). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
K2 Graphics Ltd retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the service.
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. New memberships include a 7-day free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the service. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your access ends; contact us within 30 days if you need an export of your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
