• Business data you enter: jobs, client names, client contact details, addresses, notes and invoices.
• Support messages you send us.
• Usage and technical data: device identifiers, IP address, and telemetry about how you use the service.

• Creating and managing your account and providing the service (contract performance).
• Security, fraud prevention and product improvement (legitimate interests).
• Customer support (contract performance / legitimate interests).

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers/subprocessors that help us run the service (hosting, database, analytics, support tooling).
