Do my clients need an account?
No. Anyone with your link can request a booking — no sign-up, no app.
Guide
Watch the 20-second walkthrough, then follow the steps below to get your diary and booking link live.
In Settings, add your business name, working hours, typical visit length and the job types you take on. Your booking link (slug), bank details, payment terms and VAT rate live here too.
Copy your link from the Jobs page and send it to clients — text signature, social bio, quotes or the side of the van. Clients don't need an account or an app.
They open your link, choose a date on the calendar and pick an available time. Days that are fully booked or outside your hours are greyed out, so you never get double booked.
New bookings arrive on your Jobs page as requests with the client's name, phone, address and notes. Confirm, amend or cancel — then mark it completed when the work is done.
Tap a date in the calendar and hit “Add job this day” to log work that came in by phone. Same list, same calendar, whether you added it or the client did.
Hit Invoice on any job to raise a pre-filled invoice. Edit line items and VAT, then print or save as PDF to send to your client. Defaults come from Settings.
